Who WE Are

Hospitality Performance Services is designed to assist Owners and Operators in overall operations, service and revenues for your hotel. Unlike a Management company, our goal is to provide services to you “as needed”. We work with you to ensure your return on investment as well as assist your hotel in meeting and exceeding the brand standards and procedures.

With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we want to work with your hotel to enhance any and all immediate opportunities. We have experience in Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Choice and Best Western.  

We have a full range of Standards Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and checklists by department. These tools will assist in the execution of strategies to improve and streamline your company's vision and profits.

We also offer services in Human Resources. We can assist in recruiting General Managers and Directors of Sales. In addition, we can assist in interviews and training of new hires.

I have a great deal of passion for our industry. I have over 35 years of management experience in the financial and hospitality industries. I have a proven track record of success in Operational Integrity & Compliance, Budget Planning, Revenue Management, Strategy Planning, Business Development, Productivity and Staff Development. 

Over the years, I've gained multiple Brand experiences. I also have real world experience in Leadership positions in a hotel. I am confident that we can assist you with all of your needs that come with owning and managing your hotel.

With 20 years invested into multiple hotel brands across the nation, and many different markets, I put my experience to work for you. My background includes General Manager and Director of Sales, to Human Resources and Leadership Coach. 

As a result, I have extensive knowledge in overall Operations, Sales, Recruitment, and Training. Together, our team gets results, as we foster new relationships and provide support to our hotels at all levels.
